I'm John Hart and I'm the surly-looking dude (hat, sunglasses, that looks like I just swallowed my dip) in front of the righthand rock column.  This is quite possibly one of my worst pictures but beggars can't be choosers!   LOL!!   This is my first year with the Club and the Challenge and it looks like a lot of fun!!   Good luck to everyone!   -John

Monday, 18APR2022, was too nice a day to stay at home and work on the yard. Seventy degrees and sunny, and my TransAlp was calling to me to ride. So, With The Cuprum Hermit and my other riding partners engaged in making a living, I took off around 1300 heading north to Challenge Site 01 – Guerber Park.  I was at the kick-off picnic but drove there. So I swung by, took a picture, and headed west toward Site 23 – Owyhee Tunnel.

 Just like everyone else I was TOTALLY at the Kickoff meeting. 100% present. In person, in the flesh, and accounted for. Totally.

There is no way I checked in as late as June, and there is zero chance I brought a cruiser instead of an adventure bike. Cool your jets, fellas, this is legit.

 3rd year on the tour and 2nd offical picnic. Hope to get more rides in this season with my dad then last! We'll be the 2 tall good looking guys in the back as usual! See ya on the trails everyone.
