Ride Description:

I am planning on picking up these three sites tomorrow. The plan is to stay mostly on dirt so it will likely be a fairly long day with some improvised route finding (getting lost). So if you still need to hit these sites or if you want to hit them again come on out!

You can call or text me if you want to meet tomorrow.

Ride Description:

A small group of us are riding on Sunday to hit a few challenge site near Cascade. We may hit the sites close to Idaho city, time permitting. Route not yet determined. Should be level 2 stuff, big bike freindly.  Thorn creek lookout is listed as level three, but really just the last few miles could be a little rough. Anyone who wants to tag along is welcome :)

Ride Description:

I'm planning a day ride starting at a trailhead/parking area a couple miles north of Idaho City along Highway 21, and taking the Forest Service Road 327 to the Middle Fork road and on to Atlanta. Once there, stop at the lodge for lunch, and maybe ride around on some of the roads in the area, then head back the same way we came.

McCall and Whitebird Challenge Sites.

Got a wild hair yesterday around noon to go up and hit all of the IAMC Challenge sites up north of McCall and around Whitebird.  So I packed up and hit the road. I didn't realize it until I started fiddling with my GPS along the way, but there was one site I hadn't been to right along the way, Paddy Flat Guard Station.

Boiling Springs, FAA Radar Site, and Sage Hen Reservoir

Decided yesterday that I needed to get out and hit some more Challenge Sites, I got all packed up this morning, and then decided to hop on the site to check a couple things.  Low and behold, Silverspurs just posted a ride for this weekend to do these exact sites along the route I planned to take.  So I had to decide whether I wanted to wait or not.  Because of my work situation I am not sure I'd be around this weekend so I decided to go for it.
