Rode in down the ledge, rode out along the creek. Much easier along the creek. Cool location.
Amazing rock work to build this place and the other walls.
kind of a crazy place. The last half mile drop into the canyon was the only 3 section but for my big bike and me it was definitely a three – quite rocky and some ledges. Shout out to the people who found these sites.
I had to get this one before it gets any hotter. I took the harder way in over the edge. its easier to come in from the North along the creek.
Second time to this place since March. Interesting place…….I’d like to know more history on who “founded” it and why. The creek was running pretty good today. I wonder if it’s like that all the time. Rated it a 3 since that’s what the rating for it is, but honestly today it was pretty easy. Weather and traffic could change my thinking though.
Compared to Indian Hot Springs, this one is easy to get to. I was glad to get back here and make the climb out to the main road as the sun was setting and it was getting dark!
Easy 3 because of one hill before you get to winter camp. We did this as a part of an out-and-back to Indian Hot Springs from Bruneau Canyon Overlook.
Rode in from Bruneau and went through the ranch after signing in. The gravel road between the pavement and the turn off to Bruneau Canyon Overlook is very loose. The last bit of trail is more like a 2.5, but all those annoying gates make it a 3, lol.
We started at the gravel pit south Bruneau. It’s on the left side near the end of the pavement on hotsprings road. We rode I. From the north side passing though the ranch. There is a water truck fill station that is out on the main road that we turned onto that took us in that way. They have a trail cam set up at the fench and a mail box with cards for singing in. We passed though the ranch and to winter camp location. There are a few gates along this route.
Did a loop through Winter camp then Indian Hot Springs.
