Tucked in the forested hills of Boise County near Idaho City, along Robie Creek/Rocky Canyon Road, the Sacred Mountain Monastery offers a serene spiritual detour for adventure motorcycle riders.
This tiny prayer community of five dedicates itself to intercessory prayer for peace and those in need. Riders on dual-sport and ADV bikes enjoy the moderate forest road approach for a quiet leg stretch or peaceful moment at the outdoor Prayer Labyrinth (open April–November). Monastery and chapel visits are by appointment only—respect their solitude. A contemplative stop blending backcountry riding with reflection amid Idaho’s pine-covered mountains. Pack in/pack out and ride mindful.

Leave a description of your ride and share road conditions — snow, water, obstacles, and tips for future riders are all appreciated.
