5 Check-Ins
Tagged this one today.....missed it the other day when I got Koppes Cemetery.
Easy ride in from Crouch down Alder Creek. The part from the turnoff to the cemetery is not long (1/3 mile) but does have a few ruts and would need care on a big bike. Beginners should probably walk up the trail if on a big bike. It's a 3 just for this reason for a newbie; 2.5 otherwise. Note: there are two challenge points here. Koppes & the Catholic cemetery are literally next to each other. Be sure to tag both. I happened to do this on the weekend of the Idaho 100, and there was a small section of Alder Creek where the racers were sharing the road as they came toward me. Kind of cool!
Great ride on easy gravel until the last turn into the cemetery pretty big ruts but big bike friendly. Selfie in front of catholic cemetery, and a shot of the adjacent private cemetery
