Check In
Use the form below to check in. Check-ins must include a photo of you or your bike at the challenge site with the 2025 bandanna. All participants must be registered IAMC Challenge Members. Leave a description of your ride and share road conditions — snow, water, obstacles, and tips for future riders are all appreciated.
Replying to another person's check-in is encouraged, but take care not to accidentally create your own check-in.
The stated difficulty is an estimate. Rating your experience helps future riders stay safe. You alone are responsible for the safety of your ride.
15 Check-Ins
Water was super low. Road was in good condition. (Forgot my bandana, willing to provide a DNA sample upon request.)
It was a 2 going down and would be a 2.5 on the way back if on a big bike.
Another one of those places where I'd never go to were it not for this Challenge. Thank you IAMC Challenge List facilitators!! One of the nicer two-track roads I've been on lately with this big bike, but like others have indicated, a little moisture and some puddles would want me on my smaller bike.
Fun little ride, first time going to this reservoir. Wonder if there is any fish.
Third stop on the Prairie Poker Run! Special thanks to Special Ed for taking us out here, I would not have come across it otherwise. The road into this spot is a lot of fun, be prepared for a mild 3.
A life in Idaho and this is the first that I had heard of this place. Foul weather would increase difficulty significantly.
Beautiful spot out here. Last mile or so is a solid 3, it's a 2 up until that.
Easy ride in on Highway 20, then a nice gravel road for about 3 miles. With all of the run off/melting, there is currently I strong stream to cross before you get into the desert. Rest of the way, maybe a mile, is compact dirt road with a couple of ruts and rocks.
Is it Long Tom or Long Town? Goggles thinks town. Anyway fun little ride in. First site I have been to with a ride difficulty of 3. Way fun! Even tipped over when I was turning around. Think I'll make sure to get the level 3 rides as often as I can.
2nd site for the day. I was windy and cold, but a fun ride down and back up.

Not very difficult ride in. Well worth the effort.
never been here before, nice and green
Nice stop on the group ride.

What made this ride a 3? Asking for a friend. 😃
It was a short but fun stretch from the graded gravel road down to the site. It wasn’t difficult at all, no big ruts, no large rocks, just fun. I thought about rating it a 2, but went with a 3 because it wasn’t graded.
Okay, cool. Thanks for the knowledge.
