Weather permitting Site 47-48 4/12/24

I'm looking at going and hitting challenge points 47 and 48. I will be trailering my DRZ to the gravel pit south of Bruneau Idaho. I hope to be there around 10 AM. Then riding from there. I plan to hit winter camp and then south to Indian Hot Springs. The last time I did this around this time of year it was muddy and slick, with lots of baby heads in the trial, as it's mostly two tracks from the winter camp area. The drop into Indian Hot Springs is ruff with lots of loose rocks and steep grades. The route back will most likely be the big dirt road back north. The picture is my family hauler 2 years ago at Indian Hot Springs.

@chatty If you go clockwise you would start with the easy dirt road that is long and boring. Counter clockwise is my preferred rout that way you get the ruff parts taken care of then its a sit back and ride for the remainder of the route.

@fw190pilot Yes, we crossed the bridge and followed the Idaho Centennial Trail.
