Quick stop for a picture. Haven't been here for a dip in many years.
I have been to the sunrise air park a few times as an aviator. I never realized there was a hot springs there as well!
May 3rd. Started early that morning to catch up with the group on the Sam's Poker Run
Guess I missed the sign. Always heard about this place. Now I know where it is.
Givens Hot Springs pool has been around for a long time. Great place to swim in the winter!
Easy ride down there! Starting to get pretty warm out though. Visited the site briefly as it was the first stop of 5 I was visiting in one afternoon trip.
First stop of the day in early June - perfect weather for a ride along the Snake River watershed. Hit seven sites on a 260 mile loop.
Givens is a great place for a family soak and picnic.
Last stop of the day for me, so I donned my trunks and went in for a soak 🙂 You only need swim gear as they have complimentary towels.
Definitely going to bring the family back here for some splashing and soaking.
Brisk morning. Haven’t been in that pool since the time I took the kids 25 years ago. Never I repeat never take a mask and snorkel to a public pool.
Made a loop including Initial point, Cleos ferry, here, and onto lake Lowell before hitting the slab back to Boise.
Nice spot with some history. Met a couple locals that loaded me up with all kinds of ride locations. Hope to be able to try some of them out.
Got the wife to join me for a ride only made it to givens then to the winery
It was either do yard work or go riding.............my heart's in the right place.
Quick after work ride. I'm not sure, but I think I saw @HARRISTL after he grabbed this check in, or at least someone on a CRF250 with a black helmet.
Nice little evening ride. Hadn't been out to Givens in quite some time.
Used for the past 5,000 years, the healing properties of a hot soak have been known for a long time. Easy access.
We decided to take the long way home from the Challenge picnic and stopped by Givens Hot Springs. Was nice to see quite a few people were there enjoying the warm water.

This was the end of our ride for the day.
Used to come here as a kid.

Yep that wouldve been me. Grabbed the Map Rock site prior to Givens. Didn’t look at the map and completely missed the Ferry Museum site, so I’ll have to go back out for that one.
