Pick up seven sites - Start at Treasure Valley Chevron @84/21.
Gas and snack stop in Crouch (~70 miles in). Snack stop at Donna's place if you were not peckish in Crouch
Lunch at Trudy's.
134 miles out and back to the gas station.

Asphalt, level 2 to 2.5 (3 on a big bike) bits on Grimes Pass and Alder Creek. The Centerville cemeteries are more of a 3 and are walkable from the main road if you're not confident.
Intermediates can tackle the optional Cottonwood Creek Rd and head to Loftus after the Monastery if desired. It's about a 2-hour detour. I'm going to skip it this ride as I expect a few folks would be uncomfortable with this part.
