Hmm... another new section to the website looks to be in the works. Looks interesting. Curious to see where this will go.

Yup, I'm playing with a new tool and using the site as the sandbox for testing. 😉 The goal is to build up a list of repeaters over the state for the Hams among us. This will be slow going, as I don't have a ton of time to dedicate to it, but hopefully I can get some more features flushed out in the following weeks. In the mean time feel free to add some repeaters to it.

Who here are hams?   I am, but I don't use my radio very often.  I am a Voice of Idaho member and I know they have a variety of repeaters in this side of the state (SW ID).

We have a few here, but I would love to know who is. I'm an Extra, callsign WA7NUT and my GMRS call is WSCG482.

I think Trent is a ham. I know Ron is.

I have been wanting to do some GMRS stuff on the bikes. I have a couple of radios that will connect to my Sena and you can use a PTT button to transmit straight from your helmet. I think it would be a lot better than trying to use Sena's pairing system which is objectively horrible.

Hi guys,

I'm a ham-Amateur Extra. Did we want to add them mostly for radio use? I know war eagle was a point last year. That one is a repeater site for the voi.

@frankie This is just kind of a side project. My goal is something along the lines of repeater book for local use, but less ads. If you don't mind throwing in some repeaters it would help test. I'm working on a backend for this to help sort through the entries.

Also if you have suggestions I would LOVE to hear them. Let me know what fields would be helpful for repeater info. Also I want to implement some sort of sorting (FM, Allstar, etc). How would you lay it out? What features would you want?

Like I said, this is just an experiment for now but with a bit of work it might actually be something useful.
